Shipping policy
The shipping cost varies depending on the price or weight of the package and the country of purchase. Saisei Socks, as offered by our shipping partner, reserves the right to send products as small goods if they do not exceed a total of 250 grams. for fees from 3.40 CHF to 1 CHF.
The shipping cost of an average package is 7 CHF within Switzerland. While it may vary in other parts of the world. For shipping in general, Saisei Socks by Omar Sadek (hereinafter "Saisei Socks") reserves the right to apply or remove additional shipping costs.
In principle, shipping costs are borne by the customer if the purchase does not exceed CHF 50.00. If this amount is exceeded, it will be covered by Saisei Socks by Omar Sadek.
For packages weighing no more than 250 grams, Saisei Socks reserves the right to ship via untracked priority mail.
The total shipping cost amount is clearly defined in the cart at checkout and at the time the order is placed by the customer.
Orders that are available are generally shipped within a maximum of four working days and sent via the courier La Posta, which delivers throughout Switzerland. Saisei Socks by Omar Sadek reserves the right to choose other couriers depending on locations or country. Order processing times are provided for informational purposes only, do not represent any contractual obligation, and may vary based on factors such as the number of orders. No liability can be attributed toSaisei Socks by Omar Sadek in case of delay, non-delivery, or loss of the order by the courier.
For EU orders, free shipping is reserved throughout the area if the amount exceeds 50 euros, except for the payment of import VAT, which remains the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Shipping:
The customer is required to provide the correct shipping details. In case of incorrect address indication, we are not obliged to resend, at our expense, the ordered material to the correct address. It will be possible to resend the package to the correct address charging an extra cost to the recipient.
Packaging:
For packaging, Saisei Socks chooses box/envelope sizes in collaboration with an external company, safeguarding the environment. Depending on the type, shape, weight, and volume of the order, a suitable package type will be used to prevent damage.
Information:
In case of damaged goods or missing items in the package, the customer must promptly send an email to support@saiseisocks.com.
All within no more than 48 hours from delivery. Complaint emails received after the specified time will not be considered.
If products are out of stock, you will be contacted, and for those who pay in advance, the amount for the missing product(s) will be refunded.
