Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available by subscription, pre-order, or "Try Before You Buy" option. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and the selected frequency.
Your payment details will be securely stored. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product for which there is not yet inventory. At checkout, we may not charge any payment or may charge only a partial deposit and store the payment method, then fulfill the order and charge the full amount, or the remaining amount, at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Refer to our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item with the "Try Before You Buy" option, we authorize your payment method before order fulfillment. You will have a certain period to decide if you want to keep the item. After that period, if you have not returned it, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
